Trinity Oaks bottles wines with environmentally friendly capsules

Trinity Oaks, wholly-owned and produced by the US-based wine company Trinchero Family Estates, has announced that it has started bottling its wines with new plant-based capsules made from a carbon-neutral biopolymer.
